The Scancool GD510BDDSS commercial dishwasher provides quick and easy operation. All the users need to do is load the large 500mm basket with plates. Comes with an automatic detergent and rinse aid dispenser that ensures to dose the correct amount of chemicals for each cycle for sparkling clean results. Two wash cycles - 90 seconds and 180 seconds. As standard, the GD510BDDSS commercial dishwasher includes a drain pump.
Combining high-performance dishwashing with simplicity and practicality, the machine features rounded tank corners to prevent the buildup of grease and food debris. A wash tank filter traps food debris from entering the machine components. All accessories, such as wash arms and filters can easily be removed for cleaning. All major components are also accessible from a removable front panel.
Energy Efficient & Fully Compliant
Featuring a 25-liter wash tank and an independent 7-liter rinse boost-boiler, The Scancool 500mm commercial dishwasher provides quick heat-up and recovery times whilst maintaining energy efficiency. Utilizing only 2.7 liters of water per cycle, it can guarantee washing at 60°C and that rinsing reaches the hygienically safe 85°C required for health and safety compliance. A safety thermostat and anti-backflow valve are also fitted as standard.
